Returns Policy

Non-performing footballs may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full exchange of equipment. Returns may also be accepted for footballs have been “trained out” showing great wear and tear. To qualify for our Coach’s Buyback Plan which provides a check for replacement balls, sufficient wear and tear as well as social media presence advertising your use them are required. Prior to returning your HIGHandTIGHT training football for faulty or qualifying purposes, please use the contact form so we may address your needs as quickly as possible.
