BRAND AMBASSADOR - TERMS & CONDITIONS

BRAND AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Brand Ambassador Program. The terms “Brand Ambassador,” “you,” and “your” are referring to you, the applicant. “We”, “our”, “us” refer to HIGHandTIGHT.

AGREEMENT DURATION

This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your ambassador application and will end when terminated by either party in writing. 

Becoming an ambassador, does not establish any legal or financial relationship with HIGHandTIGHT. We reserve the right to terminate an ambassador’s position at any time, with or without reason, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

PERSONAL CODE USAGE

As an ambassador we provide a personalized code for you to share and have your referrals use with their purchase. This code is not to be shared on public coupon/discount websites such as retailmenot.com, couponsock.com and others like it.

GENERAL INFO

We are looking for people who understand the importance of football and how to improve ball security in a more efficient way. By becoming a HIGHandTIGHT Brand Ambassador, you will be representing a company that creates a beeping football that helps every football player learn the habits on how to eliminate fumbles and improve ball security.

 

We ask our ambassadors to:

1. Reach out to friends, family and acquaintances via social media/word of mouth to educate them on our brand & goals.
2. Help promote our social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.), giveaways & events.
3. Post a minimum of once a week on social media promoting HIGHandTIGHT (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.).
4. Submit a biography as well as a photo of yourself using HIGHandTIGHT training football (if you already have one). We will publish this on the Brand Ambassador page on our website. Each ambassador will have their own personal profile after the first sale is made, which can be shared for all promotional purposes. If you are uncomfortable with your profile appearing on our website, simply reach out to us and we will take it down by request.
5. Recruit new, like-minded ambassadors to join the HIGHandTIGHT Brand Ambassador team.
6. For college students: Build community on campus to help promote HIGHandTIGHT and recruit new ambassadors.
7. Help drive sales to www.highandtight.com (our store website) through the use of social media, word of mouth and any other reasonable means.

By signing up, you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or have received consent from a parent or legal guardian to do so prior to submission.

COMPENSATION

As an Ambassador, you will receive a 15% net commission on all sales generated using your unique referral code. There is additional perks as certain sales goals are met (see tier structure below for specifics). Generally speaking, commissions are paid around the 15th of each month for the previous month’s sales. Commissions will not be paid on returned goods/cancelled orders.  

You will be able to track commissions and payout via your Ambassador Dashboard.

Tier 1: Post Sign-Up:

• A 1-time use 40% off coupon code to use during checkout at www.highandtight.com that you can use to create personal videos you can use for your post. You can also download images from your dashboard or visit our YouTube Channel and download our videos here and use it for your post.
• A 10% off coupon code to share with social network followers - for use during their checkout on www.highandtight.com
• 15% Commission for sales referred by the Ambassador’s code or link
• Ambassador profile on our website (after first sale)

Tier 2: 5+ Sales

• A 1-time use 50% off coupon code that you can use during checkout at www.highandtight.com or promo code giveaway to your chosen follower to use.

Tier 3: 10+ Sales

• Free HIGHandTIGHT training football via a 1-time use 100% off coupon code to use during checkout at www.highandtight.com

When posting your content, please make sure to tag @HIGHandTIGHT1 and use the hashtag: #HIGHandTIGHT1

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT

As a Brand Ambassador we expect you to represent our brand in good taste. We encourage you to be unique and creative when posting and sharing. You can download images and videos to your ambassador's dashboard/marketing tools that you can use for your post.

RESTRICTIONS ON CREATING OR SHARING CONTENT ASSOCIATED WITH HIGHANDTIGHT NAME/PRODUCTS*:

•        X-rated and promote sexually explicit materials
•        Promoting violence and/or drug use
•        Promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or age
•        Promoting illegal or questionable activities
•        Violating intellectual property rights

*Not following any of the above terms will lead to immediate code deactivation and removal from the HIGHandTIGHT program, followed by a permanent block.
